Create and Maintain Microsoft Project Schedules “WBS” and “Access” databases for all Project Management projects. Manage in / out processing needs for all Project related supplemental workforce. Schedule training, initiate IT Request for Services to gain Computer ID’s, Computer Terminals, phones etc. Initiate and track HR “People soft” access requests and any additional special requirements for in-coming Project Management personnel. Attend and assist with schedule and coordination of Project Meetings – assist in tracking and statusing of meeting minutes, planning and implementation action items and lessons learned. Assist in the close out of all Project Management projects. Act as the Project Department procedure coordinator, training coordinator, and Corrective Actions coordinator. Perform Department timekeeper duties, track all in-house and supplemental workforce hours and provides monthly reports to assure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Previous experience with project controls processes. Nuclear experience is preferred.
