Required to have minimum of 5 years experience in project controls. Manages the timeline, budget and risks of the work performed by the Supplemental Workforce. Reviews and approves invoices under the Task or Project Manager. Provides cost projections and identifies cost trends for management attention. Tracks project progress through the earned value process. Develops resource / cash flow plans to project future resource needs. Demonstrates skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing solutions to cost engineering problems. Reviews expense forms or other invoice documentation for accuracy. Monitors the scope, cost and schedule for the contract.

5-15 Years experience with project control processes. Nuclear experience is preferred.
