Required to have a minimum of 10 years experience in turbine supervision and turbine field work. Activities to include: Oversight of the turbine workforce including shift turnovers and pre-job briefs. Provide direction to the workforce in the field through the appropriate supervision. Responsible for enforcing HU, THU, FME, housekeeping, proper place keeping/procedural compliance, schedule look ahead and updates. Perform field observations as directed by turbine team. Engage the equipment specialists as needed Provide timely updates to project manager.
10 + Years of experience in turbine field. Nuclear experience is preferred.
