Oversees high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. In addition to duties of a Project Manager III, may communicate with a company executive regarding the status of specific projects. Sets deadlines, assembles project teams, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of projects. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Provides leadership for project team members and the Project Management process. Leads with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department requiring the integration of multiple functional organizations. May also supervise other Project Managers. Must follow and adhere to Project Management Process and Requirements. Advanced technical degree or experience as an Exelon Projects Department Senior Manager required.
Required to have a BS in Project Management or Construction Management and / or 15 + Years of experience in Operations, Maintenance or Projects. Nuclear experience is preferred, active or prior PMP certification preferred.
