Allied Power

Position Description:

Our company is looking for a general building contractor who can be a qualifying party for the following licenses in the state of New Mexico:

 

Fixed Works (GF-98) license (GF-1 through GF-9)

Asphalt Bitumen and Concrete Construction (GA-98) license (GA-1 through GA-98)

General Building (GB-98) license (GA-1 through GA-5)

Residential and Commercial Electrical (EE-98) license (ES-1, ES-2, ES-3, ES-7, ER-1)

 

This position requires passing a Business and Law Examination upon request of a license. We are looking for someone who can pass the examinations for licenses, as well as the experience time criteria. Preference will be given for individuals who already hold more than one license.

 

Essential Functions:

1.    Pass state issued examinations for any license currently held

2.    Help hire workers for a construction job

3.    Pass the Business and Law Examination

Physical Demands:

Requires ability to have good vision and hearing. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. May have to stand for extended periods of time. Includes bending, kneeling, sitting, walking, crouching, hand and neck dexterity.

 

Required Education, Experience, Certification and Licenses:

1.    GF-98, GA-98, GB-98, EE-98, or MM-98 license

2.    4 years (8,000 hours minimum) of work experience
